Our Harper update for the evening :) It is rather detailed, so I have divided it up into sections to help organize the information~ It is with great excitement to announce that as of tomorrow morning, with very few exceptions, your orders are all going out the door. If your order is having mailing address issues, we are going through those now, and tomorrow, calling/emailing to verify the details. We want your diapers to arrive safely~ TRACKING NUMBERS: My staff and I will be working on these all weekend. In order to expedite shipment, these went on the backburner. I would rather have you get your diapers sooner than wait for our paperwork. Most of you will have your diapers in hand before your tracking number is sent. We will be sending these numbers in the early morning, late evening, and baby naptime hours, if you need to know your tracking number ahead of that, you are welcome to contact us, as quickly as we can we will get back to you. I do ask one small favor, if tracking is not an important detail to you, I would ask that you wait until Mondays mail to see if your diapers have arrived before contacting us, because many of them will be arriving on Thursday, Friday and Saturday :) If you need the info, we are here, but it just helps us with volume :) COMBINED ORDERS: If you placed multiple orders, some were combined, some were not. To work as quickly as possible we grouped some, but there are those who did not get grouped together. Again, I would ask that you wait until Mondays mail to see if your split orders arrive :) EMAILS: Some of you are bouncing back to us. Due to the large volume of automated emails going out, spam filters and antivirus are blocking some of our replies. The ones I am seeing come back are mostly Yahoo email addresses, if this is you and it has been 1-2 business days since you emailed, give us a call! AUTOMATED TRACKING NUMBERS: Please remember these can take a few scans to show up, if it says invalid it just needs more time. WARRANTY SERVICE: If you need troubleshooting with your diapers, we are the place to come!
