Our Nicholas is 12 years old today. I could never have imagined how much joy that tiny baby would bring me. The last 12 years have passed by in the blink of an eye. Nicholas fills our lives with amazement, laughter, hope and yes, even those smarty pants pre-teen remarks! My boy has what I like to call an old soul; he always has. We can count on him to be an overprotective big brother & cousin. He even tries to be my protector. When I tell him that he doesnt need to worry about me, he just replies with its my job. He is just like his father in that way, bless his heart! Weve practically grown up with this boy...and we wouldnt have it any other way. It really is a privilege to be your Mom. Happy Birthday to my Nicholas, youll always be that sweet baby that turned my entire world upside down...so I could see where I was meant to be. I love you...youll always be my little angel baby!
