No staff member is left without sampling the menu and i can tell you, its my favourite part of the week! Starters: Duck Salad Tender medallions of Duck, drizzled in honey and truffle dressing and served with an exotic fruit salad £5.95 Mushroom Risotto Creamy wild mushroom risotto blended to perfection using Mascarpone cheese £5.95 Mains: Monkfish roulade Tender pieces of monkfish wrapped in Scottish smoked salmon with baby Fennel shoots and an accompanying creamy fennel sauce. Served with crushed new potatoes £13.95 Pork Tenderloin Pan fried Pork tenderloin combining sage, masala wine and laced with Parma ham. Served with ribbons of courgette (courgette Provençale) £13.95 Game parcel Locally sourced rabbit and venison parcel combining Porcini mushrooms and encased in layers of crispy filo pastry.
