Our annual meeting will be at Kiroli Park, June 21, 11am-2pm. We will present the plaques for titles earned last year. If your dog earned a title during January 1 and December 31, 2013, OVDTC will pay for 2 plaques. You may purchase any extras. They usually run about $22.00 each. The deadline for getting your certificates/pictures to Patty, is June 7, 2014. I am at the building on Thursday and Monday evenings. We will have puppy class Memorial day. This is a perk for being a voting member. You may have a certificate or picture mounted under the plexi glass. Whatever you give me is what is mounted. There will be a metal plate engraved and mounted below. Here comes the important part: Type or print legibly exactly what you want engraved on the metal plate and attach it somehow to the certificate/picture. Put your certificate in a folder or envelope for preservation. You may type and print what you want engraved on paper and put that in an envelope or folder with your certificate/picture. There must be no confusion as to what engraving goes with what picture/certificate. Whatever you write, is what will be engraved. You may use 1 or 2 lines of engraving.
