Our client, a leading Non-Governmental organization in the Agriculture and Dairy sector seeks to recruit a Program Operations Manager. The successful candidate will provide the overall operational management support to the Regional Director, as well as other staff in the implementation of all programs at Regional level. Qualifications: · Bachelors degree in Agriculture Economics, Agriculture Business, Business Administration, Natural Resources, Rural Development Administration, International Development or related field. · Masters degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management is an added advantage · Five (5) years job related experience · Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity · Four (4) years experience in Program/Operations Management · Wide experience in business plan development and execution, agro-processing operations and marketing in a reputable Non Profit, private/public sector environment. · Expertise in market and agro-business development · Experience with the non-profit/non-governmental approach, and knowledge of global sustainable development. · Expertise in working with rural communities including issues of natural resource management. · Computer proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, electronic mail software, and knowledge of accounting software To apply for this position go to myjobsinkenya/index.php?s=advert_view&g=100090&x=1745669&i=100&pop=1
