Our complete shakes have been a massive sell out ever since we started our nutrition plans. They are so easy to fit into your day and work great as either a meal replacement or before/after a workout. You get just under 20g of protein per shake with a full scoop, but all from fruits and vegetables. There has been a lot of research on how plant protein can help reduce body fat whilst improving overall health. We have a great 16 week plan, which means that for about £1 a day - you can get incredible results in no time! The 16 week plan replaces 1-2 of your meals a day with a shake, and following a healthy eating plan including snacks and meals. Weeks 1-8 is a 2 shakes a day, 2 snacks & 1 main meal Weeks 8-16 is a 1 shake a day, 2 snacks & 2 meal
