Our culture is overly obsessed with fat and fitness. Fat is not bad! Its a crucial component of our bodies, and without it our systems cannot function. Fitness is also extremely subjective. Just because you dont look like an underwear model, it doesnt mean youre not fit. In fact, I have worked with many athletes and cross fit enthusiasts whose bodies are completely imbalanced, in pain, and overworked in the wrong areas. And I also have clients who are larger and look less fit, yet they have amazing body awareness, great balance in their eating and exercising habits. Eat nutritious, eat whole foods, work hard, listen to your bodies, and spend time in nature and sunshine! I really wish you can all see your bodies the way I do -- through musculoskeletal alignment and energetic channels. I loooove the human body, in all of its various shapes, sizes, and colors. And I truly hope you love your bodies and realize how amazing, unique, and magical you all are.
