Our daughter Allie goes to Getchell High school for her morning classes and she has been involved in ROTC which is at Pilchuck ... I didnt want her there. I never liked the idea of busing a kid there for one class? You know going back and forth over one class? It always looked like a pretty scary school to me anyway. (sorry but it did and I waited outside for her all the time making sure I got there first) We really likes this area and we where close to Military shopping. We still do. Long story short. Allie normally would have been in the cafeteria with the shooter today. She had a math test and Fridays are half days every week now so ROTC doesnt do much but take roll and have lunch at the Marysville Pilchuck campus, We realized the Lords tender mercy for our family today. My heart was racing and my heart was pounding wondering if my daughter and her classmates where being shot.. I got a text that said ... Mom ...I missed the bus on purpose because I wanted to get some math done at Getchell High School ....I just simply decided to skip going to Pilchuck all together .? Can you believe it? !!!!----They say miracles dont happen but they do... They do happen. Our daughter normally would have been right there in that cafeteria...our heart goes out to the innocent victims....
