Our new tenants wife is afraid of the dark outside the windows of their flat, which looks out over the park 3 floors up. She called him at work in floods of tears (he works nights) and he had to rush home. He thinks they will have to leave. They have only been there since Tuesday. I put off another 12 or so prospective tenants because they wanted the flat so much. I am totally perplexed and VERY pissed off!! The last one had a spider phobia which resulted in her filling every nook and cranny with expanding foam and Polyfilla (very badly I might add, and getting it on the carpet). It took hours to make good. They had never heard of limescale remover and not only was the toilet bowl dark brown with limescale but they had also scoured the chrome off the taps with a metal pan scrubber trying to remove limescale from those too. What is the matter with people these days? Has nobody got any common sense anymore?
