Our poor Ava. I gave both the dogs a bath about 2 weeks ago and since then Ava had been itching, but i didnt realize why. Today i looked at her skin and she has a couple patches of fur thats very thin and almost gone and her skin is kinda red and irritated. I used a dog shampoo called Shed-X on them both last time and i think it gave Ava a reaction. I normally use people shampoo and body wash on them, but thought that since Ava sheds so much, it might help. Just gave her another bath using baby shampoo and body wash in hopes that it will help her skin and she wont itch as much. I feel like a bad mommy, but didnt think that DOG shampoo would irritate her skin so much, PEOPLE shampoo/body wash it is from now on!!
