Our religion is meant to be natural to anyone and it should be no different to others. Especially, since our Pak-Kashmiri culture is rich with ideas, terms, names of Prophets, etc. We must not allow politics to fuel a separatist attitude in our regions if we are to succeed in having a thorough impact on our countries by facilitating our message as an indigenous expression of faith. I know that what I am saying goes against the grain of what was built by the Asian scholars and then adopted by many natives in hopes to fit in over the last 100 years, but I am only suggesting it because it is more in line with the reality the Prophet ﷺ (peace be upon him) lived, the Quranic teachings, as well as a proven style in disseminating our message, which is our calling as Muslims living. We must have a heart to absorb the mistakes done by our scholars.
