Our veterans group held our military ball here in December 2013 and we were so happy with the service. When you have a large group ( especially such a diverse groups as veterans) it is hard to make sure that everyone is happy. The hotel was great. It was conveniently located and easy to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff is what stood out to us. They showed extreme patience in dealing with members with special needs. And some of our members can be very demanding. The staff afforded our members the respect that is some time lost in todays world. The lounge that is separate was also great. They stayed open late so we could go down there after our party. And if you have ever organized a ball and had to make sure every thing was perfect you know how important the after party is to the organizers. That is where we were able to relax and unwind after all that work. The bartenders were so much fun... Thanks guys for putting up with us. And now for the hero of the bunch...... Ann Marie of (Tuscany on the meadows) the caterer and party planning company contracted by the hotel. I cant say enough about her. Ann Marie was so easy to work with and she seemed to know exactly what we wanted. She took care of everything. The room looked beautiful and the food was amazing. Usually when you go to a large banquet or party like this the food is lacking, but not here. Ann Marie and her staff made everything perfect. I felt like they were family. So caring and accommodating. We will definitely have our next function here. Looking forward to working with the hotel and Ann Marie and her staff again.
