Outstanding outcome for a client who has waited over 25 years to obtain her residency. First the client was given the incorrect information by another attorney, then they were ripped off by a person claiming to be an immigration consultant . When we finally had the case fixed, we learned the client had failed to tell us about a misdemeanor conviction they had from nearly 20 years ago. The failure to advise us of this very relevant fact nearly destroyed the clients chances of obtaining residency. More careful legal work and persistence followed for several months. Finally, success! Case approved. Sometimes the fight is long, but well worth it.
