Over 1100 animals in our care.. 600 plus cats and kittens being born every day, 500 plus dogs and yet people are asking us to take in more and more animals.. my 1 dog my 1 cat wont make any difference is a common comment, it does make a difference as we have at least 30 requests to take cats each and every single day. We are full to bursting point, animals get stressed when they do not have enough room, our guys get stressed when we keep upping their workload without any extra help. A shelter is never a home and it should only every be a short term solution so please keep trying to find a home with a family.. it is much easier for an individual to find a home for their cat or dog than it is for ESMA.. Post photos on every animal welfare page, tell the animals story and keep plugging. every single day.. Thank you
