Over the past 3 days i have been asked why i do what i do. People - TopicsExpress

Over the past 3 days i have been asked why i do what i do. People call me crazy or insane but there are many motives behind working through day and night. The first one is my future. Someday i will have a family and kids and if i have everything paid off now that means more money I can save for that future event. As well as a family someday; i am trying to save money to go to a new destination and continue my education at a more cost effective school so i can save more money in the future. Second reason is my past. I have seen things in my life that most 20 yr. old people have not experienced! When these hardships hit me later in life I will have the money saved so it will not hurt my financial situation as I have witnessed. Third is present, right now is a struggle because of a few events that have happened, if i work i am able to get away from reality and keep my mind on doing something as well as being paid. Fourth, is sense of self-worth. If i am working and have an income i feel successful and I feel as if i am doing something right. Finally, I do it because a wise person once told me that wealth is not about how much your income is but how much you saved throughout your life. The second thing people have been asking more than ever is How do I stay up that long and keep going. Besides Mountain Dew and something to munch on, one of the best coaches/motivators (Jim Glowgowski- Simpson College Football head coach/ Paul Davis- Simpson College D-line coach/ Coach Snyder- Strength and Conditioning coach) i have ever met showed me this video! youtube/watch?v=JRfoFGGyRvU I am grateful for everyone that has made me who i am today and I am going to give a lot of them a shoutout! My Dad- we have been through the thick and thin with eachother and no matter what happens i will always love that man with everything i got!! Missy Lea Mecham- She has been there for me through the worst times and the best times i appreciate it Simpson College Football- Taught me more about life then i could have ever asked for. Met amazing coaches and friends that I will always remember City High Football- Even though it was hell most days it taught me the importance of hard work. Somedays might have been extreme but it makes life so much easier Hy-Vee, Iowa City #1- Without Hy-Vee i wouldnt be in a management position today at a 20 year old. I wouldnt have the customer service skills that i have! I definitely couldnt ever ask for a better group of co-workers they are some of the hardest workers i know and you can learn a lot from them. Bill Burch Kelsey Wulfekuhle Travis Burnett Jake Bender Kenny Bland. Of course all of my friends and Family- without any of you guys i definitely would not be succeeding like i am today and striving to better myself everyday without your guys support- Amanda Mecham, Kristina Mecham Chad Mecham Andrew Bowans Eric McKee Logan Klein Stacie Brown Taylor Sharp Rebekah Kimzey Dan Saehler Connor Tarvin Sky Wolfe Monica Cassola Alex Harper Rebecca Mecham Bagley Tom Patterson Missi Patterson Lanette Patterson Corinne Patterson Chris Patterson Meagan Patterson Paul Davis and many others!! I am having a brain fart and have to go write a paper now. Thanks again for everyone being there for me and helping me be the person that i am today.
