Overpopulation is a relative term that is applicable when and if we are unable to manage our population. In other words, it is not the number of people, but the management of that number, relative to the resources at our disposal. Example: whether we have a little over 300million people (as the USA), or 9.5million people (as Benin Republic), we may still be faced with the challenge of overpopulation.
