Overseas aid has always been an emotive subject splitting the country,some would argue we are propping up corrupt regimes with money going into swiss bank accounts but on the other hand seeing where it has been used to bring fresh water to areas that have never seen it before.It is regulated and overseen by British officials in some cases but it is very disturbing this morning to see a country accepting aid from Britain sending a space mission to Mars at a cost of billions.This is not what aid is for.The rulers of India should hang their heads in shame.
