Overseas voter registration to start in NZ 07:43 Today. The voter registration of Fijians living overseas will begin in the New Zealand. Acting Prime Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum confirmed to FBC News that they’ve been successful in negotiating the entry of elections officials into New Zealand. Currently the permanent secretary responsible for elections is finalising the plans to go to New Zealand for the registration of Fijians livning in New Zealand that will be the first country that will go out to register voters and we have already got the clearance from the New Zealand government for our elections office to go to predominantly wellington and Auckland to register Fijians.
