PARLIAMENT : PUBLIC LOSSES DUE TO LAND GRABBING ------------------------------------------------------ Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, Union Parliament convened its 8th day session, today.The report on the protection of public losses due to land grab issues continued to be in discussion. Union Level Organizations clarified the said report and sought for its approval. A session of the Pyithu Hluttaw People’s Parliament was also held. Questions included upgrading and construction of infrastructure, appointment of government staff, and new machineries. Three bills including one on anti corruption was discussed during the session. A proposal for a road in Kachin state using an allotted state budget was submitted.
