PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND 9 May 2014 – 9 July 2014 R37 000.00 In Living Colour had been providing equipment and services’ to PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND as from December 2013. The initial payment agreement was on a COD basis, however once he had gained our trust we allowed him the leeway of paying after the event / hire. Sadly those payments were never forthcoming. Continues efforts have been made to recoup the outstanding amounts to no avail. I am well aware that some suppliers do take longer than other to settle outstanding amounts and so have been lenient with PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND. After copious amounts of telephone discussions and meetings with PAUL BOTHA as well reaching an agreement with PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND allowing the debt to be paid off over a 12 month period, all have been in vain. If PAUL BOTHA dedicated as much effort into paying his debts as he does concocting false reasons why the debt hasn’t been paid, this post would not be necessary. Just some of the excuses: “I paid too much to another supplier & will insist the other supplier return the additional funds which will then be paid over to you”, “I made an EFT 2 days ago, but cannot send you any proof”, “I need to speak to my bank manager” and the list goes on. PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND was on the 3rd of December 2014 issued with a 20 Day Notice Letter as per the provisions of Regulation 19(4) of the National Credit Act and a TRANSUNION requirement, to which he acknowledged receipt. As of 2015 PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND will be listed on TRANSUNIONS database. This would show a Default against PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND, and will reflect negatively against PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND should PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND wish to apply for a credit facility. The Default will remain in place against PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND and will only be updated once PAUL BOTHA / ZOO SOUND has made payment in full to IN LIVING COLOUR CC
