Here is the Email if anyone has any Barrister names who would like to be part of this Battle contact me [email protected] Dear Prof Ryall I understand that you are one of the Leading experts in the Eu & Irish Law - we desperately need your Help right now as we are blocked in every way by the Irish Judiciary protecting a very corrupt Irish Government who can do what they like change the Law etc etc but when it comes to the people bringing injunctions against them they are told this cannot be done as Irish law trumps EU law _____________WeIl I have been working as an Activist to help my People as I too am Irish Citizen from Ballitore Co Kildare & but am living in Brisbane - Australia have been completely shocked at the extent of how our people have been ripped off & forced to pay back something like 72 Billion Euros to the German Bondholders which was legally not their Debt but that of a Private Bank by the Government & our Media has been taken over & Dominated by Bully Boy Billionaire Denis O Brien who has silenced the Press /Media of any adverse comment to his Business. Now is part of the takeover of Irish Water which is the last straw in a series of events that this Corrupt Government have done to our Nation! Last Saturday over a Million People Demonstrated all over Ireland - yet you may have heard nothing about in the News! There are so many other things like the illegal takeover of our OIl by Shell now its happening with The Water. The people want to get rid of this Government every way we turn we are Frustrated & Blocked as the President of Ireland & the Judiciary are all in bed with each other & covering up with a Conspiracy of Silence about the Aarhus Convention which was signed by Ireland in 1998 giving people the Right to Demonstrate in matters of the Environment which water is (Oil also)& ratified on 22 Jun 2012 signed on behalf of the Irish Government by Phil Hogan TD - not one of these Dail members have put their hand up about this Powerful United Nations Law that all 26 EU members Countries signed! Ireland signed but from what I understand it is still Leglislation & Not Irish Law per se! WE need your Opinion on this as we believe that the Complete Dail are Guilty of repressing this Information about how Powerful this Aarhus Convention is & are guilty of a Conspiracy of Silence! We believe the United Nations Aarhus Law should be above Irish Law or be Irish Law because they all agreed & signed off on it!(but reneged because they did not want the Irish People having these Rights) Now the Ratification of Aarhus came along with The Three Pillars of Justice in 2012 which we need this Protection now against this rotten Judiciary/Government /Denis O Brien Troikas we say Illegal Takeover of Irish Water as if this Law is above EU Law which The European Court of Justice Luxembourg held that it was above EU Law in a in a Case on Pollution recently - therefore should it not also be above Irish Law? As these People in the Government along with Denis O Brien have set up Irish Water as a Company in Violation to the Three Pillars of Justice enshrined in this Convention on Environmental issues -which Water is (Oil also) People have the right to demonstrate - 1998 Aarhus ( a right now denied to the people as hundreds of people are being arrested BY the Police who are told to do so by the Government & who do not recognize this Aarhus Convention Law & are becoming more & More Aggressive & Pepper Spraying & manhandling of Women Recently who were Peacefully Demonstrating against the installation of Water Meters. Plus the Three Pillars of Justice have been Violated with the set up of Irish Water as a Company being sold to Irish Gas/I Electrity Co & Denis O Brien 1) the Right to Access to Information which was denied to the people & both The Media Dominant Position of the Web of Media companies Denis O Brien owns has silenced any opposition plus he sacked 17 Journalists who dared to speak out about his agenda to take over our assets in Ireland.Plus RTE is Controlled by the Government so again any dissident remark that does not go along with the Government agenda is Censored. 2) The Right to Public Participation of Decision Making on matters of the Environment Which both Water & Oil are (the Oil was illegally ( we claim) given to Shell & OBrien again has his fingers in that with Topaz OIL) this right was ignored & Denied & a Conspiracy of Silence has occurred. 3) Access to Justice - again this was denied - when the People went to the Courts to seek an Injunction against either Irish Water to stop this Illegal takeover of Irish Water by the Irish Government selling it to Bord Gas & Electric Board in conjunction with Denis O Brien the Judges would not take the case & the Lawyers were told you cannot file a case or do that & laughed at them. There is a Lot more to the Total Conspiracy Theory which Involves The Fraudulent Forcing of the Irish People by both the Irish Government & IMF to Pay back German Bond Holders a Debt that they simply did not owe or were Responsible it was a Private Bank - not the Debt of the people & we have evidence of this on Dail Records that the Government actually made the Country pay even thought they said they knew the People were not responsible.It goes back to Lenihan the previous Taoiseach who illegally guaranteed The German Bondholders without the consent of either the Government or of the People & he acknowledged this - Lenhinan was a terminally ill man at that time & the Then Head of the IMF Bullied & Threatened him. It ended up that little Ireland was Bullied into paying back 42% of the total Bond holder debt while Germany only has something like 1.42% of this debt with a much larger Population! Just to complicate matters the head of the IMF together with many Members or The Irish Government & Many in the Irish Judiciary are members of the Bilderberg Group - this Secretive Billionaire Group that really runs the world & most of the Banks Which the Rothchilds set up & of course Denis O Brien is also a well known Bilderberg Group Member as is the Finance Minister Noonan (a huge German Bond Holder) & Cowan TD for Cork. . We are daily confronted by Revelations & Documents showing us that this illegal takeover of the Money The Irish Public were forced to pay these Bond Holders is totally illegal & Fraud has been committed by the IMF & The Irish Government aided & abetted by the Irish Judiciary now the Irish people want to Sue the Irish Government IMF for the Return of this Huge amount of money that has been Illegally& Fraudently(approx 72 Billion Euros over the past 4 yrs) taken taken from our people& not only that but seek Compensation from the IMF for the Pain & Suffering that our people have suffered. The People want all members of The Dail arrested & Jailed without Bail for their Violation of the Aarhus Convention as well as the Fraudulent Stealing of our Money in cahoots with the IMF ! We want to take back our Water get out of the EU & go the way of Iceland. We have a lot of Evidence to Prove our case & we have two or More other Barristers who are prepared to come on Board with us on this What will be a Huge Case.
