Entitlements Are Not Synonymous with rights secured by America’s Constitution(s). Entitlements mean some people – those on whom entitlements are bestowed - get to enjoy property confiscated from someone else. “Americans, endowed by their solicitous government with an ever-expanding array of entitlements, now have the whiny mentality that an entitlement culture breeds.” ~ George F.
