PIYO FREESTYLE (music will play) Youll hit your core, arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and get some cardio. ------------------------------------------------- 1⃣ Stay in plank and bring your left knee to your left elbow (try to keep your left leg straight. You can bend it if thats too difficult). Then back to plank. 2⃣ Tricep Push Up (elbows should scrape your body as you go down) 3⃣ PiYo Kick Through(Ill walk you through it): ▶️start in plank then bend your knees but dont let them touch the ground. ▶️roll your right hip close to the ground. ▶️bring your right foot under your left leg and through as you roll your right hip under and lift your left hand off the ground. ▶️ right foot to the sky with 80% of your weight on your left foot and 20% on your right hand (try not to sink into your shoulder and try to keep your butt off the ground) 4⃣ Tricep Push Up 5⃣ Repeat steps 1-4 on the opposite side Once you get the moves down pick up the pace.
