As many of us are dealing with similar issues yet feeling alone and unsupported we have come up with a way we can use social media to be heard, wherever, whenever and whoever we are to help support each other. We are running our first ever email exchange program to support common causes which unite us all, and really, none more than this with so much and so many lives at stake. We believe that every single child matters and that every single person can make a difference, we have seen this. As someone who actually made new law that benefits millions in a case that wasn’t even mine, I can personally attest to the power of people caring and taking that time to help. It took me 6 years, but you can do it in less than 6 minutes. We are asking that you copy and paste the email we will provide for you convenience, or just copy the recipients and write your own, we are just trying to make it literally as easy to save and change lives with just a couple of mouse clicks. It doesn’t matter who or where you are, there are no borders on the internet, and it is far more powerful when people who are hiding the truth or abusing their positions and trust find out that people all over the World care about what happens to our Fellow Human Beings, Everywhere, and that No One of any race, gender, minority, low income or disability is disposable. We make this offer to every single person who needs help with a human rights/social reform issue. Simply copy, paste and send the email, and c.c. it to [email protected] and note your group, page or name - for every 100 emails sent for us from your group/page or contacts we will provide 10,000 contacts that we will post or share your story/cause/petition with and for every 10 emails after that we will post in targeted groups as we are already members and can post faster, then bring you in as a member. We will also provide you with all our contacts/affiliated groups (over 10 million contacts and 18 countries) and feature you (or your group/page/story/cause) on our website. EVERY E-MAIL COUNTS, no matter if you just press resend 100x, or have ten people do it 10 times, however 100 emails come from your group is irrelevant - all that matters is they did, and we will honour our end every single time as well. We are happy to include a different cause/petition/story for any additional 10 emails sent from the group (even if just by one person) as long as it is for positive social reform/human rights issues. We can all turn ourselves from an individual to an army, and we don’t need your real name or anything else as just the fact that people are sending emails at all will bring these issues the attention they need and show those who hold lives in their hands need to understand that they have the greatest responsibility of all, and to abuse or misuse that position is unforgivable and it is time we said ’Enough’, and stood up for what was right. You don’t even need to get dressed or get out of bed, just take a moment to send an email (or more) and don’t just help save other lives and help other people, ensure that countless people will then be willing to stand up for and help you. Every single time a legal precedent is set in a case, it affects every case that comes after it, you truly are helping yourself and all future children and families going through such systemic abuses. These issues both help and hurt us all, and there is nothing on earth more important than family, destroying families and communities hurts us all in the end. It may seem small, but it is the most important step of all. Our Children Need Us, It’s Time We Stood Up For Them and finally bring them home. RECIPIENTS: [email protected],[email protected],[email protected],rich.coleman.mla@@leg.bc.ca,[email protected],[email protected],[email protected] I am writing on behalf of two MCFD cases that currently fall under your supervision as they are both taking place in B.C., Canada under the umbrella of the Provincial Ministry of Children and Families. They have both reached a level of abuse so egregious as to demand immediate review and remedy. We the Public are demanding this as both children are now at serious risk and the damage to the families and communities involved and the unbelievable costs and wasted court time and delays border on criminal abuse. The two cases we are referring to are as follows: Filicia G Ciardiullo and her son J.P., Director - Dave Hall, MCFD Kamloops Office, Last Known Location - Kamloops, B.C., Abducted - Over 2 yrs Reason - Young Mother/Personal ‘worker’ issues, Spoke Out. Deborah Maddison McDonald and her daughter S.G. Maddison Allen, ’Worker’ - Colin Brouwer, Port Hardy MCFD, B.C. Location - Unknown, Last Seen - October 25th, 2013, Reason - Disabled, Poor Medical Care for 2 weeks, Low Income, Spoke Out We are calling on our government officials to honour the promises you made to be elected to your position, especially as so many of you promised reform from these long overdue blatant abuses both of Children and Families and the millions of taxpayer’s dollars spent on the costs of the overwhelming number of cases that never required an intervention in the first place. This is Especially true when a child has been wrongfully apprehended from good parents and a loving home, without any cause or investigation, robbing them of their rights to family, religion, language, education and becoming a contributing and happy member of society instead of yet another tragic statistic. In this case system abuses have reached a degree that only an immediate intervention and the return of these children will now suffice, and if required, both families are more than willing to have supports in their homes as needed to facilitate things as expeditiously and successfully as possible. To alienate these children from their families any longer is abuse of the worst kind for all involved and will not be allowed to be forgotten or to ’fall through the cracks’. As these children have been kept from their primary caregivers for so long as to cause serious emotional harm and the workers are threatening to adopt out or place with known abusers these two children. Nothing less than returning these children to their homes will do, especially as S.G. Maddison Allen wasn’t even taken from her home, but from so far away as to completely remove any and all chance for her mother to see her or attend court dates, especially with medical certificates regarding her disability from multiple doctors confirming this. Both parents have more than met any and every ‘concern’ the SS workers have thought up to the point it is beyond ridiculous and costing tens of thousands to the taxpayers, and costing them and their babies the most precious and irreplaceable years and childhood milestones and development. In both cases several professionals went on record supporting the children’s return home as well. It is overwhelming how many of those ’lost to the system’ share health, location, financial or racial characteristics. Consider this the first step in fixing a system so broken it is costing us our greatest resource of all - our children, who are our lives and our future. Use it to help you put the necessary effort and supervision in place to ensure such abuses stop and never happen to any other families ever again. The World is Watching AND Speaking Out. We will NOT let these angels be forgotten. It is time to bring them home, anything less is such a violation of families who have already been more than victimized by a system that seems to have no accountability whatsoever, despite it’s dismal failure rate that is no longer remotely justifiable.
