**PLEASE READ THIS**** I was in Ottawa today looking at a mouse problem for a lady. The past 4 years she had a reputable company come and do the job. I saw the reports from past visits. Each report was about 3 sentences long with 4 words a piece. Also to add their writing was impossible to read . Their time in and out was 20-30 minutes, not sure what gets done in 20 minutes. I spent an hour and half there. I also tell the customer Id like to inspect the attic. She gives me a look and says the other company never looked in the attic once in 4 years, I was lost for words. So I tell her that 90% on mouse problems come from the attic. So I look and there are holes, dropping and it looked like a hi-way in the insulation from the mice running back and forth. So I tell her what I saw and say this is your main problem. Shes floored that its that bad. I also told her that because the row of houses are connected the neighbours are likely to have problems too. So its one big ongoing problem that could have been solved but because of shoddy work it cost this lady over $2000 in 4 years to never get the problem solved. This happens way too often Ive been to peoples houses who have hired these companies and really at the end if the day they have been soaked because the person sent out doesnt know what they are doing. Just be sure whomever you decide to hire to take care of your pest problems in competent and actually cares about you and wants to take care of your problem.
