PN-G CHRISTMAS PARTY - 6621 W Port Arthur Rd, Port Acres, TX INFORMATION BULLETIN We sincerely welcome all attendees and hope you have a great time with us! We encourage you to drink responsibly. We want you to enjoy a safe and Merry Christmas! • Fish and/or shrimp dinners are offered by the Port Acres KC members for your dining pleasure. Traditional charge is about $8. KC’s have setups and beer available. BYOB but NO BEER or Coolers. You may bring your own snacks if you desire but the dinners are good and convenient. • Raffle tickets will be sold by the Port Acres KC for their scholarship fund. It’s an excellent program not affiliated with PN-G. The winners will be drawn at the party for a commercial grill and a huge deep fryer. • You may sit anywhere other than the reserved tables purchased in advance. The name of the person ordering and paying for the reserved table is clearly labeled. Please honor the seating! • An overflow room is available for those purchasing the orange tickets at the door - must have correct amount cash or check $22.50/ticket. • We will be crowded. You may be with someone you do not know but we trust you meet some outstanding people here tonight. Every seat is at a premium and KCs have worked diligently with us to seat everyone. • The great Gulf coast blue-eyed soul band tonight is EAZY! We have special guests with us tonight from the Boogie Kings – Parker James and legendary GG Shinn! The best way to show you enjoy the band is by dancing or thanking them at breaks! If you don’t dance, get on the floor, let the soul of the song grab you and turn your body loose. This isn’t Dancing With the Stars. Have a good time! • GG Shinn, Parker James and EAZY will have great Christmas presents available including CDs, Tees and Caps. These are wonderful gifts and additions to your collection! All are top quality excellent selections! GG will have tickets available for his New Years Eve Bash that will be held at the Orange VFW Hall. • You are welcome to use your cameras. Other photo postings will be made on FB page PNG 60s Decade following the party by Kenneth Erwin the FB site administrator and photographer. • Security is on the premises and we trust they will not be needed. Treat everyone as an old friend or new friend. It goes a long way. • 5:30-6:45 PM is social time; time for everyone to be find seating and visit with others. We will open the evening with announcements about 6:45 PM. • 7:00 – 11:00 PM EAZY with Lowell Benoit, Brad Fells, Parker James and GG Shinn will be performing. • Name tags are available and we encourage you to wear them. • One of the reasons for this event is to honor our fallen heroes. Remember in your thoughts and prayers all our classmates, family and friends not with us tonight. • We encourage you to remain the entire evening for a memorable conclusion honoring our fallen heroes, classmates and loved ones. • We thank our decorating team, ticket processors and everyone that shared this event!!!!
