POLICE BLOTTER: MAIL THEFT: (Timbercrest) A resident of the 100 block of Knotty Oak Drive reported the theft of two packages from the front doorstep. The incident occurred between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM December 22nd. The parcels were valued at $230.00. MAIL THEFT: (Timbercrest) On December 23rd at 7:00 PM Mount laurel Police responded to the 600 block of Woodthrush Court and the 100 block of Knotty Oak Drive for the report of mail and packages stolen from mailboxes. A responding officer located two local juvenile males, ages 13 and 14 walking near by. They were in possession of the stolen mail. The juveniles were taken into custody and turned over to their parents. BURGLARY: (Ramblewood Farms) A resident of the 700 block of York Road reported a burglary and theft to a residence. The incident occurred on December 23, between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Entry was gained by forcing the rear window. Jewelry, valued at approximately $10,000.00, was taken. JUVENILE ARREST (SHOPLIFTING): Mount Laurel Police arrested two juvenile residents, both age 15, on December 24 for shoplifting approximately $100.00 in merchandise from the CVS on Route 38. Both juveniles were served with juvenile delinquency complaints and released to their parents pending a family court hearing. Officer J. McGuinness was the arresting officer. THEFT FROM VEHICLE: (Le Club 2) A resident of the 1400 block of Ralston Drive reported a theft from a vehicle. The incident occurred between 6:00 PM, December 23, and 4:30 PM, December 24. Toys, valued at approximately $100.00, were taken from the trunk. There were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot adjacent to the residence. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: The owner of a vehicle parked in the Carlucci’s parking lot on Centerton Road, reported a criminal mischief to a vehicle. The incident occurred between 4:00 PM and 10:45 PM, December 24. Four tires were slashed. Damage is estimated at $500.00. ARREST (DWI): Mount Laurel Police arrested a 57 year old female of Vista Drive, Marlton, NJ, on December 25th, for Driving While Intoxicated. She was stopped on Mount Laurel Road near Pheasant Drive at 11:00 PM and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court hearing. Officer M. Choinski was the arresting officer. All persons are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. //END//
