POLICE CANNOT TAKE ACTION. Please take note that if a case is classify under civil case, the police cannot TAKE action and it is WRONG FOR THE POLICE TO TAKE ACTION. In a contractual agreement of providing services or goods, and if there is a non performance of either party to the contract by default, the police CANNOT DO ANYTHING IF THERE IS NO ELEMENT OF CHEATING. It is a failure to perform in contract. The remedy for non performance or tort shall be civil litigation. Many Malaysians fail to understand and blame the PDRM for not taking action. Kindly seek legal action.
