**POLICE OFFICER OPENING** The Bowie Police Department maintains high expectations of its officers, making it a very professional small department of 14 officers and 22 total employees. We select individuals to wear our badge that possess good decision making skills, good judgment, are dependable, physically fit, possess emotional control and above all, have impeccable integrity. Applicants must be TCOLE certified and willing to reside within 30 minutes of our city. Position is a patrol position, which currently works a 12hour rotating shifts and is subject to working both holidays and weekends.
