PRAISE REPORT! Tonight was absolutely awesome. Some may recall that last month I had a record number of PTO attendees with a whopping 6-7 in attendance. Well. Tonight we implemented the idea of having the students perform a VETERANS DAY CONCERT and I organized a FAMILY CULTURE TRIBUTE DISPLAY. An amazing parent and PTO officer helped decorate along with a cadre of student helpers. I had 116 parents sign in and 25 completed my SURVEY!! I was able to award the gifts donated by Wellington House Booksellers and Ush Pauling! Only one of the 5 winners were present BUT the audience seemed enthused by their sponsor applause. Everything went without a hitch. It was rewarding to watch families take pictures in front of their displays!!! We had a drawing for specially donated VETERANS DAY books for families to share together and enjoy reading... My daughter told my hubby, She is really confident speaking to a large crowd from a podium...like HOW does she DO that so easy? She still doesnt realize I had another LIFE before she entered MY LIFE!!! #WECANDOTHIS!
