PRAYER FOR NIGERIA ON HER INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION Father, You are ever dependable and trustworthy miracle working God. We bless Your Mighty Name for blessing our country Nigeria with great natural resources for the good of her citizens. Lord, we heartily pray, heal our country of corruption, purify her of corrupt leaders and give us leaders after Your heart who will lead this country with justice , love and peace. Hear the cry of the poor, the down trodden, the sick and oppressed. We implore Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, come and save us least we sink beneath the waves, save us before violence and corruption engulfs us to send us to sheol. We shall live and testify to Your goodness in the land of the living. Have mercy on us we pray in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You in the unit of the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever. Amen. Three Hail Marys...
