Tommy Wells for Mayor 2014 made the best case for a White Mayor thus far but Marijuana wasnt enough for Operation Black Vote 4. Andy 4 DC couldve been DCs New Mayor Bill de Blasio (w/ more substance) but it wouldve took Mayor Bloomberg $ 5.
