Ysabelle Diagnostics is currently recruiting to fill the following position: Position: Clinical Biochemist Duties/Responsibilities: Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations; Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses; Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example centrifuges, titrators, pipetting machines and pH meters Using a variety of biochemical and molecular methods to determine infection causing organisms; Recording, analyzing and interpreting data Undertaking work aimed at helping to prevent the spread of infections within hospitals; Managing and supervising laboratories. Qualifications/Requirements: A relevant degree in Biochemistry, or biological or biomedical science. A minimum of 1-3 years previous work experience. Patience, decisiveness and meticulousness.
