Masalah simpang-siurnya kederajatan ini bukan satu-satunya kesulitan saja dalam mempelajari Freemasonry. Ada yang bertanya, apa pentingnya mengetahui semua ini. Saya dalam hal ini hanya bisa menjawab dengan mengajukan sebuah pertanyaan kunci lagi, bagaimana kita akan melawan mereka tanpa mengetahui pola dan struktur gerakan mereka? Saya pikir jawaban ini juga cukup pas untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan seputar kesimpang-siuran dalam masalah sejarah, symbol, dan banyak aspek lain dalam Freemasonry.
