PSA from you Favorite Trainer: (Responses to questions I received today) 1. Corn is NOT a vegetable 2. You can find time to workout by making it important. Add it to your schedule! 3. There is no substitute for drinking water. JUST DRINK IT! 4. No a slice of veggie pizza doesnt count as a serving of veggies. 5. No you should not skip breakfast! Or any meals for that matter. 6. Toning mean you probably need to lose some weight! 7. Celebrate EVERY SINGLE little victory. IE you avoided a craving (Like Joy Sanders staying away from the candy yesterday :) ), you drunk more water, you had a good workout etc. 8. TAKE THIS ONE DAY AT A TIME! #EasyDay!!!
