Coal Utilization Manager Location of work: Jakarta Role and Responsibilities: • Liaise with Superior and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coal team for related tests to improve handling and utilization characteristics of Banpu (blended) products in order to perform a sound and accurate financial analysis on the corresponding Companies and Functions at Corporate Jakarta level and build a conclusion through various types of reports • Provide technical support to superior in managing technical marketing activities • Assist superior in managing and following up CRM program and action plans with related parties. Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, or Master Degree in Bachelor Degree in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering • With 5 – 7 years in Performance Engineering/Boiler operation which has direct responsibility in boiler and plant efficiency • Candidates must have good problem solving, technical calculations, research & analysis on technical data, and technical projects • Experience related to performance engineering of the power plant. • Has good interpersonal skill Legal Counsel Manager (LCM) Location of work : Jakarta Role and Responsibilities: • Drafting contracts and make sure contracts comply with prevailing rules and regulations, preparing standard contract and socialize such standard contract to the site (s). Conducting contract standardization and make sure the implementation of this standardization throughout mine sites; • Giving legal opinion about any companies activities and present the legal opinion to management of the company; • Regularly summarize and present relevant regulation summaries • Proposing and preparing structure of transaction that meets with the objective of the company; • Represent the company in litigation case, preparing documents, witnesses, negotiating with claimants; • ensuring the companies business is in accordance with prevailing applicable regulations Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in Law with a reputable university (State University will be preferable); • At least 7 years working experiences as Legal counsel in Multinational Companies or reputable law firm; • Has a good knowledge in corporate matters and litigation cases • Lease with external lawyer in handling the companies litigation cases or directly involved in any litigation cases of the company; • Experience as legal advisory which provide advice and input relating to the provisions of applicable law • Experience in assist Land Acquisition committee in legal aspect. • Advocate license will be preferable Legal Counsel Supervisor (LCS) Location of work : Jakarta Role and Responsibilities: • Prepare contract draft, attending and giving opinion in the meeting and provide legal reasoning in the case of cooperation with other parties; • Ensuring activities of the company comply with applicable laws • Preparing documents and evidences in the litigation case • Lease with external lawyer in handling the companies litigation cases. ITM Project – Project Specialist (Mech) Location of work: Balikpapan - Kalimantan Timur Role and Responsibilities: • Engineering Team member with technical expertise in Mechanical engineering • Performing Mechanical systems design calculation, component specification and selection • Maintaining and updating records of project drawings, technical specifications, design assumptions and calculations • Supervise installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical equipment • Perform QA and QC function for electro-mechanical improvement works in various projects in the company • Create and validate project plans ( budget and schedule) based on required activities to implement electro-mechanical systems Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers / Team Leader with EPC experience in Engineering / material handling projects • Expected Software skills - autocad, Helix, Primavera / MS Project • Fundamental knowledge of project development and management process;
