PUBLIC BID NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Stroud Area Regional Police Commission will publicly open sealed bids on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) at the Stroud Area Regional Police Department meeting room, 100 Day Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 for the purchase of the following services: 1) Auto Body Repair and Painting for a one (1) or two (2) year contract period. 2) Annual Gasoline and Diesel for a one (1) or two (2) year contract period. All bids must be received by the Commission Secretary prior to 12:00 P.M. (E.S.T.) Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to Stroud Area Regional Police Commission, Attention Daryl Eppley, 100 Day Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Bid For Services” Bids shall be awarded at the next regularly scheduled Stroud Area Regional Police Commission meeting on November 13, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. held at the Stroud Area Regional Police Department meeting room, 100 Day Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Instructions, specifications, and Proposal Forms are available at the Stroud Area Regional Police Department, 100 Day Street, East Stroudsburg, PA. 18301 Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five hundred ($500.00) dollars, in the form of a certified check, bank cashier’s check or satisfactory bid bond naming as payee the Stroud Area Regional Police Commission. The Stroud Area Regional Police Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any technicalities therein where it is considered to be in the best interest of the Stroud Area Regional Police Dept.
