PURPOSE: The purpose of the security forces is to prevent properties loss through theft, vandalism or fire and to protect the safety of property employees and visitors. MISSION: The following missions are assigned: • Control access and egress in accordance with C.Q.M. directives. • Prevent property / equipment / tool loss from the building. • Challenge all persons found in the facility without proper building Identification. • Ensure doors and critical areas are locked. • Conduct hourly patrol as directed. • Take proper action in emergency and notify designated agencies GENERAL ORDERS: WM Security Solutions Officer’s Manual must be in the possession of each Security Officer at all time and should be referred to frequently for general rule, regulations and WM SECURITY SOLUTIONS established policies and procedures. Specifically, a minimum, Security Officer will comply with the following specified in the manual. 1. General Orders. 2. Reliability. 3. Emergencies. 4. Administrative Policies / Procedures. 5. Uniform and Appearance Security Officer will comply with the specific instruction getting from WM Security Solutions as well as from the clients. Security Officer will prepare a Daily Activity Report (D A R) to cover the activities during his / her shift. The purpose of the D A R is to provide to the client a written formal report of activities or duties performed during the shift. Security Officer will make hourly foot patrol to check the critical areas of the building and facility. Security Officer will prepare an incident report concerning any unusual event that occurs during his / her shift. A detailed instruction sheet concerning the preparation of the incident report is included date and time.
