Page 35 CURRIED SALMON INGREDIENTS: 1 x 16 oz. can salmon. 1 ¾ cups milk. 2 oz. butter. 1 dessertspoon curry powder. 1 dessertspoon lemon juice. 2 tablespoons flour. 1 level teaspoon salt. Pepper. 2 tomatoes. 1 cup rice. METHOD: 1. Drain liquor from salmon. 2. Measure and make up to two cups with milk. 3. Melt butter, add flour and curry powder. 4. Gradually add liquid, stirring constantly. Allow to boil for two minutes. 5. Add salt and pepper, lemon juice, salmon and skinned and chopped tomatoes. 6. Return to stove and heat thoroughly. 7. Serve in a ring of hot cooked rice.
