Painful day today. My left hip has been so sore that at times today I could not sit. I actually tried to walk it off for about hour this afternoon. Well hobbled around might be a better word. It got better but soon as I sat in car to drive back home, boom, it started hurting again. Had to go to store to get Thanksgiving stuff so thank goodness for shopping carts. Crazy but starting Fri, I got stiff all over for some reason. Shoulders and neck hurt Fri and Sat but those got better Sunday, but late Sunday, thats when this hip thing started. Layed on couch last night and that helped but after I got up this morning it soon started really bothering me the more I sat today. Darn, it is annoying as the devil. Heating pad not doing a lot of good. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day. Shake it off Paul, shake it off.
