Painful delights. A romantic poem By Ian D. Hetri A work of pure art Magnificience of which heavens shy in awe Excruciating pains of sweetness that invites us in sensual temptations And we comply without contemplation For we born of sensations Illusions meant for manifestations Of painful delights Without wings we soar Riding the waves of untamed busts Searching for silver lining Lines that blinds Of oneness that binds Urging us to find The price that dumbs logic Making us numb With painful delights Our souls die in euphoric painful delights Glory of which angles and demons worship Tangled in webs of unbroken spell As we drink from the cup of love Spills that bless us Scents that curse us And we jibe in addiction Wishes get physical And we heat up the chemicals In blazing miracles Moving like criminals And blasting the terminals Under the silver night we fight the urges Perspirations that transpire In anticipation of painful delights Tonight we climb to heavens Untill the sunrise As we kiss away our sweet miracle Of the painful delights @2014.
