Palestinians are peace loving people. Islam also is a religion that proclaims the message of peace, such can be heard in their greetings, As-Salaam-Alaikhum - meaning Greetings of peace be upon you. Thus, it is obvious that the ways of Hamas do not necessarily represent Islam. But somehow... the god they proclaim to serve has moved them to embrace terrorism in the guise of Jihad and even poisoned the minds of young generations of Palestinians to believe in this so called holy cause. Sadly, even atheists have now capitalized on this argument to rightly condemn religion as the main cause of mans evil ways. Lets put these fatalistic dogmas of religion aside and lets not make things more complicated. What is Gods motivation? - what God really desires from men - is to come to a PERSONAL relationship between Himself and us, thats the plain simple truth. He made this link possible because of His son, the Messiah, who paid the full price for mans sins to restore the fallen state (sinfulness) of man back to Himself. God demonstrated that He gave His ALL to SAVE man - now that is LOVE. If God gave His ALL to save man, is Hamas really pursuing a Godly cause by wiping out the nation of Israel? Does Hamas believe that God is that INCAPABLE of wiping out Israel if He really wanted to banish Israelis from the earth? Like every Palestinian, Israelis are Gods creation too. THE SOLUTION TO CONSIDER: If Israel surrenders, Israelis are in danger of being completely annihilated. If Hamas surrenders, Israel is committed to pursue peace.
