Part of the deal when buying my two Spits was this chassis which had previously been rebuild (to some degree?) and painted in a Triumph orange; I assume whoever has started the project was going to do the car in this color but, never got round to finishing the job! There seems to be a number of new parts on her; the aftermarket spring with lowering block? New discs and dirt guards, some new rubbers and bushes also. Rear has new shocks too! Diff seems to be well used, so, well have to see what shes like in time. Chassis looks pretty clean and solid otherwise!! Strong, no rust and no repairs/patches that I could see. As Im not finishing my car in this color itll be stripped down, cleaned up, cleaned back to bare metal in a few ares to see the condition of the underlying metal, but generally roughed up and painted/sprayed black. Notice the FC serial number, is FC is the prefix for MkIIIs?? Anything else you can tell me by looking at the pics
