Part of what is More Than Fitness is eating healthy... eating clean(er). BUT we all know that eating healthy and clean can get boring and be a drag, right? WRONG!!! We will share some amazing recipes we have found that will take eating healthy to a whole new level! Our first recipe wouldnt necessarily be cleanse friendly, but it is soooo good. We are having it for dinner tomorrow night. We add chicken to it for more protein. Things to be aware of is the amount of sodium you find in certain sauces. We replace soy sauce for liquid aminos and make our own homemade teriyaki sauce so we can monitor the levels of sodium. Let us know what you think!!
