Feeling very fit with hard work getting sculpturemad garden ready for a visit this week by a group of donors to Scraptors sculpturemad garden. We are offering the chance to visit to any donors to our crowd funding bid from £1 upwards which must be a bargain. My hedges are huge and the first session in the season of cutting leaves me knackered but then I get used to it However no electric hedge cutter seems to last more than one year of cutting my hedges. I had in mind the way elephants walk tail to trunk in carving this beech hedge. The flag irises set off the Egret well but it looked more interesting in an acre large pond at Stourhead when it was exhibited there.
