Passionate about Pink: Breast cancer event honors survivors, raises funds as 4,000 turn out. Tylers red brick roads turned pink Saturday morning as everyone came together for the 16th annual Tyler Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure at Bergfeld Park. More than 4,000 runners & walkers came, some with pink hair & pink shoes, all with a lively attitude. A 5K, 1-mile fun run & a 50 yd kids dash were available. Clay Emge of Tyler was the top overall finisher with a time of 16 minutes, 8.3 seconds. Sarah Deller was the top female finisher with a time of 19:30:2. Did you take part?
