Good Morning Team DMC Happy Wednesday friends. Decided on a lie in today in preparation of whats to come at the weekend. My crew will be taking care of the coaching and day to day running of DMC HQ today. I have a day working alongside my graphic designer Claire and finishing of a project we started a couple of months ago. Training first thing and a new Kettlebell routine I have put together called the DMC Nifty 50..... Steve and Polly K will taste it tomorrow. What are you going to achieve today? How are your prepping for the day ahead? Are you in control of your mind and do you react or respond to situations ...... Some stuff to ponder on. Im having a strong warm coffee listening to some great tunes and about to full out my gratitude journal and how to be better questions. After that its a sweat fest Oh going to pick my kilt up as well for Friday ..... Bringing back the glassware 100% confidence is the only approach. Have a great day everyone.
