Quality Coordinator Community Housing Network (CHN) is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Quality Coordinator to oversee Affordable Housing Programs for a growing property management company. This position assists the Quality Manager in managing continuous improvement of the organization while ensuring the agency is in compliance with all required funding and program regulations. Job Responsibilities Ensure properties meet compliance requirements for LIHTC, Section 8, HUD and HOME and all other identified Housing Programs. Assist in maintaining internal and external audit procedures and conduct random audits for program compliance. Coordinate and implement trainings for property managers. Ensure annual, quarterly, and monthly compliance reports are completed and submitted as assigned. Provide program compliance, software, and other related training to new employees. Attend and travel to Tax Credit/MOR and other inspections for assigned properties. Maintain optimum use of property management software and compliance related systems. Attend seminars and other training opportunities to maintain personal knowledge base through continuing compliance education. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of affordable housing compliance experience with management experience. Property management and compliance certifications such as HCCP and AHM preferred. Experience with multiple housing programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, 811, 202, HOME and HUD Supportive Housing. Excellent verbal communication skills required with the ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally. Highly organized with attention to detail. Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Yardi preferred. Advanced experience with state reporting websites.
