Peace and Understanding as Soul Mates Peace and understanding are soul mates, forever walking hand in hand on the journey home. Neither one can fully co-exist without the other. If in any situation, or with any person you do not have peace, then somewhere you have misperceived/misunderstood reality. For everywhere peace goes, understanding goes with it. And anywhere you have true understanding you have peace. Peace and understanding are extensions and expressions of God/Source, as are you, and therefore anytime you are aligning with the truth in you, you are aligning with peace and understanding. In every moment, what you see, is what you choose to value most, if you desire to see peace more than pain, then value peace and understanding more than anger and pain. He who validates anger, invalidates peace. He who validates the ego’s illusions, invalidates true understanding. Today in any situation, ask yourself which you desire most: conflict or the peace of God? Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
