Peach Cobbler Large can sliced peaches dollop Real lemon juice 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar (I use ¼ cup because the peach juice adds the rest) 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 stick margarine or butter, melted 1. Pre-heat oven to 400F. 2. Dump can of peaches into 8x8 or 9x9 Pyrex pan. (If you double the recipe, use 9x13 pan.) Stir the lemon juice into the peaches. 3. Mix dry ingredients. Stir egg into dry ingredients so that the ingredients become crumbly. 4. Spoon crumbly dry ingredients evenly over the top of the peaches. Do not stir. 5. Pour melted butter over the flour mixture. 6. Turn oven down to 375F and cook for one hour or until golden brown.
